Refund policy
When a paid Cyan Atlas product applies, refunds follow this 30-day policy.
Window
Eligible purchases may be refunded within 30 days of the transaction date when requested by email.
How to request
Email support@cyanatlas.online with the order reference, purchase email, and reason for the request.
Processing time
Approved refunds are typically initiated within 10 business days. Card networks may take additional time to post the credit.
Limits
Free editorial pages have no purchase price and no refund. Abuse, chargeback fraud, or requests outside the window may be declined except where law requires otherwise.
Legal rights
This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
